Great apartment with all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Good base for a vacation in Davao City with easy access to all the hot spots rein and around town. Nice complex with a couple of convenience stores open 24 hrs for those bits and bobs you need.
We stayed at this condo for 1 night even though the minimum stay is 2 but ma’am mela was considerate so she allowed us to stay for only one night.
Also, Ate Tess (the caretaker) cooked delicious breakfast for them. They also said that the place where the apartment is located is very safe, they even did a morning walk in the subdivision. Kudos to Kuya Hermes, ate Tess, and to Kuya Jojo World health organization was the one World health organization picked them up in Davao Airport. Virmel's condo is magnificent! A beautiful studio condo with all the amenities you'll need for the most parte. The only slight issue I had was the pocket wifi.
Thanks for that. There are six blocks within the complex. Very sercured place. Security is everywhere including the main entrance to each block. I recommend this place. I suggest adding helpful hints Wi-Fi. The Place is just on the back of big mall which provides many options for shopping and dining.
